THE REALITY
The Reality of Running an NDIS Business
You started your organisation to support people. But the regulatory burden can feel overwhelming.
Restrictive Practices
Staff asking if something is a restrictive practice and you're unsure of the answer.
Incident Reporting
An incident occurs and you're unsure if it must be reported to the Commission.
Participant Rights

Investigation Fear
You hear about an investigation happening to another provider and wonder if you could be next.
NDIStress exists to help carry that burden.
YOU’RE NOT ALONE
You Shouldn’t Have to Navigate This Alone
Many NDIS providers try to solve compliance and governance issues themselves — searching online, asking colleagues, or trying to interpret legislation and guidance documents. But the reality is that the NDIS regulatory environment often requires specialist understanding.
NDIStress provides something many providers don’t currently have:
Ask Before It Becomes a Problem
A place to ask the question before the issue becomes a problem.
A Non-Judgemental Voice
A non-judgemental voice to help you understand what’s happening.
A Trusted Strategist
A strategist to help you feel safe and confident in what you are doing.
